Apartment size: 120 square metre (1290 square feet). The Simeto is a traditional Sicilian apartment accommodating up to 6 guests. Offering 2 large double bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area and a lounge with a comfortable modern double sofa-bed.

The apartment is situated on the mountain of Mastrissa just 4km from the historic town of Taormina and 2.5km from all amenities and the stunning beaches of Giardini Naxos. Set in the countryside within private grounds you can enjoy total relaxation and tranquillity or make The Lemon Tree your strategic base for exploring Sicily.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the villa and is equipped with air-conditioning, TV, dvd player, Wi-Fi internet access, USB charging unit and a safety deposit box. The kitchen is fully operational offering a 5 gas ring hob, oven, kettle, Italian coffee pot, toaster and microwave oven. From the terrace you can enjoy breath-taking views of the Ionian Sea, Taormina and Castelmola. Dining table and chairs are both inside the apartment and outside on the terrace to enjoy some Alfresco dining.

The apartment has communal use of The Lemon Tree swimming pool, sand volleyball court, BBQ area, games area, relaxation zone, washing machine and car park.

 Great relaxing apartment with stunning views We stayed here for 6 nights and must say it was one of the most relaxing self catering places we have stayed at. The hosts  Diego and Karen were excellent.    Nothing was too much trouble, and offered great advice.  We had booked dinner on the first evening and it was served by them in our apartment - lovely food and a great way to start our holiday. Great shared pool area for all the guest to sit around and never any issue getting beds. A lovely communal area at the front for guest to sit and mingle if they wish. A barbecue area round the back with a nice touch of a water filter tap where guests can fill the glass bottles provided in the apartment, rather than keep buying bottled water. A home away from home is how the whole of the lemon tree apartments feel. More

 The Lemon Tree 😀 - We stayed in one of the apartments at The Lemon Tree for 5 nights and it was great!! The view is amazing, great location - quiet but also close to town, approximately 10 min drive. It was great that the pool was open all the time, nice way to relax after a hot day. Also, grazie mille to Paola, she has been so nice and always helpful! I definitely recommend staying here if you are planning to visit Taormina 😞 - None

 The Lemon Tree Family Holiday We booked the whole villa for a pre wedding family holiday and had an amazing and memorable stay.  The Lemon Tree had well equipped and comfortable accommodation and the setting was spectacular, but most of all the hosts, Karen and Diego were amazing - helpful  and attentive to all our needs and requests.
 Great setting with spectacular views.

 Very good 😀 - We had a lovely 7 night stay at The Lemon Tree, the hosts Karen, Diego and Paola were really welcoming and friendly - great communication and very quick to respond. They were very helpful in recommending places to visit and restaurants to eat out at. The swimming pool was lovely and quiet, there's a nice shared terrace and the apartment was very clean. It's a very peaceful and relaxing place with great views across to Taormina and Castelmola. You do need a car to get around and explore from here, there are plenty of parking spaces at the property. 😞 - None

 Gorgeous hill top apartment for a breath of fresh air 😀 - We loved The Lemon Tree. Such a lovely place to stay. My son is keen to go back and I can't say I disagree with him! The owners were very welcoming and it's a real home from home. The apartment has been put together very thoughtfully- so a great selection of cooking items etc. The facilities were great fun for a family- pool, table football and table tennis. We tried several of the local restaurant recommendations and enjoyed them. The view from the terraces is amazing 🤩 We only wished we'd been able to stay longer. Next time! 😞 - Nothing negative to say. The first time we did the 2km drive up the hill there were a lot of bends but we got used to it and the road is in fine condition with useful signs to The Lemon Tree. We also used the Taormina transfer service which was very handy.
