The apartment is situated on the mountain of Mastrissa just 4km from the historic town of Taormina and 2.5km from all amenities and the stunning beaches of Giardini Naxos. Set in the countryside within private grounds you can enjoy total relaxation and tranquillity or make The Lemon Tree your strategic base for exploring Sicily.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the villa and is equipped with air-conditioning, TV, dvd player, Wi-Fi internet access, USB charging unit and a safety deposit box. The kitchenette is fully operational offering a 2 gas ring hob, small oven, kettle, Italian coffee pot and toaster. From the private terrace you can enjoy breath-taking views of the Ionian Sea, Taormina and Castelmola. Dining table and chairs are both inside the apartment and outside on the terrace to enjoy some Alfresco dining.

The apartment has communal use of The Lemon Tree swimming pool, sand volleyball court, BBQ area, games area, relaxation zone, washing machine and car park.

The Limoncello Apartment is linked to the Ulivo Apartment offering the opportunity to make a fantastic space for up to 6 adults and a child.

 The Lemon Tree Family Holiday We booked the whole villa for a pre wedding family holiday and had an amazing and memorable stay.  The Lemon Tree had well equipped and comfortable accommodation and the setting was spectacular, but most of all the hosts, Karen and Diego were amazing - helpful  and attentive to all our needs and requests.

 Wonderful and relaxing stay with one of the best views in Sicily . 😀 - Amazing views, gorgeous pool,excellent facilities including table tennis, darts , table football , tables and chairs to eat and drink outside enjoying the view which was especially nice if you booked a room facing the mountain . Generous, friendly and easy going hosts made our stay very relaxed. 😞 - Not much except for the fact that we couldn’t walk anywhere as it’s up a hill , but we did know that before booking .

 THE best place on earth! Possibly the BEST holiday ever. Tge place is wonderful, Karen, Diego and Paola are amazing hosts, nothing is too much trouble. We can't wait to go back to The Lemon Tree. It is about a 5 minute drive up a hill from the town  but Diego provides very cheap shuttle service. So much to do, close to Etna, close to Toarmina, Guardia Nexos. We even drove to Palermo for the day. Definitely a 5* star holiday. The pool is beautiful and they turned the lights on for us at 11pm one night.  The Lemon Tree family, including Bella and Molly, go above and beyond to make your stay the best 👌

 The best place I have stayed in my life. Any side of view is magnificent. Very quiet but close to Taormina (10 mins by car) and other cities and 1 hr to Etna Volcano mountain.
 The breakfast was fresh and yummy. I loved to look at the beautiful view and have my coffee and breakfast. Dinner course was also amazing. You can feel their love and effort from the food.
 Karen, Diego and Paola were always supportive whenever required, my 4 years old son loved to stay at the lemon tree. It’s been 2 weeks since we left the lemon tree, but my son is still talking about the place.
 My family would like to visit again next year and make another memory.
 Lemon tree is such a beautiful place.

 Incredible hosts; stunning views ! Highly recommend! 😀 - Incredible views and stunning property but what made this were the hosts Karen Diego and Paola. There were amazing- it was like having your own personal concierge. They couldn’t be more helpful! Nothing was too much trouble from mosquito repellants to restaurant advice; boat trip booking or directions, just incredible! Thank you you made our trip. The apartment was large clean and comfortable and the pool was a welcome relief in the hot days. 😞 - For us it was a bit quiet but if you like this then it’s the perfect location. The roads are difficult to navigate and so even though we had a car at night we chose to get a taxi most of the time to the restaurants. It’s only 10 mins from Taormina so all very close by.
